I successfully passed my driving test on the 26th of February, due to my instructor Mario ,he has the ability to keep his students incredibly calm and focused and made sure he projected his confidence in my capability to pass which helped my nerves drastically.Would 100% recommend,very effective and calm teacher who will ensure you learn the steps into getting your driving license.

Re the day – as you walk into the office the welcome is stunning, both ladies are so good at the multitasking roles they perform, from meet and greet, to being so friendly and polite along with coffee and food and then clearly conducting very busy scheduling work, it’s a real pleasure when you see such professionals at action. A thank you doesn’t seem enough , but seriously thank you and for looking after us all day.

Frank you excelled yet again, the day met all my expectations and some more can only say a massive thank you.

I would 100% recommend Mario as a driving instructor to anyone, he has been great at keeping me calm, giving good feedback, and teaching me how to be a safe and confident driver.

Passed first time! I was a complete novice who learned later in life. My instructor was ray, great guy with a lot of instructing experience. The lessons were really well taught with clear guidance and positive encouragement through each lesson. I developed my driving knowledge quickly and confidently. After passing I now feel fully capable of driving in all conditions. I would highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to learn.

I had a very positive experience driving with Ray, who not only helped me become a confident driver and pass my test first time, but is also a great guy all-round! I would recommend Britannia and particularly Ray to anyone who is looking for a calm and patient instructor who knows his stuff 🙂

I have passed my test on my first try! Thanks to my brilliant and knowledgeable instructor, Jon. He had provided me with the perfect balance of theory and practicality in each lesson, not only showing me how to do certain exercises, but explaining why we do them.

I can’t thank Jon enough for his patience and for sharing his knowledge with me. Not only was he training me to pass but to become a good driver, I have certainly learnt habits that will last a lifetime.
