I recently passed my practical driving test first time, after taking all my lessons with Tim. Tim is an excellent instructor! Before my driving test he made sure I was prepared, covering all he could to make sure I was familiar with my test route. He was very patient when it came to teaching me the different maneuvers and guided me each time in telling me what I did wrong. He also kept a record of my strengths and weaknesses, which enabled me to recognise areas in which I needed more practice on for my test. Tim was always on time and always stayed positive, encouraging me to do better, rather than making me feel bad, even if my lesson didn’t go as well as it should have! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn!! Thank you so much Tim!
I was really pleased with my driving instructor Nick. I managed to pass my test within 9 months of my first lesson. My instructor took me out of local areas and into London town centre, to experience real driving situations.
I had my driving lessons with Graham and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I passed on my first attempt with 5 minors! He was very patient but even more importantly was extremely encouraging. Even though my mock tests were not the best he encouraged me till the very last minute before my test. This gave me lots of confidence and my test was like a walk in the park, even the dreaded reverse round the corner! I never felt I would be unable to take the test despite being heavily pregnant and Graham graciously bought me hot chocolate and coffee for those ‘special’ days you can expect a pregnant woman will have.
Before coming to Britannia, I had lessons with two other driving schools and failed 2 tests. I would like to say a big thank you to Mark and James. It took them only 2 weeks to polish my driving skills and I passed my test. I tried three different schools and would recommend only Britannia. Thanks a lot. Good luck.
I passed my driving test in my first attempt today, all thanks to my instructor Tim. He is an excellent teacher, extremely patient and helpful in preparing me not just for my test but for becoming a driver. Always positive and encouraging even when I was struggling or finding things difficult. I would recommend him to all learners. Thanks Tim!!
I had Vinni as my driving instructor he is a great driving instructor, he is patient and a very good teacher. He goes through things with you if you don’t understand some things. If there was an award for best driving instructor I would vote for Vinni, he is a great instructor.
I just passed my driving test today (1st attempt.) Thanks to my instructor Vinni. He is very knowledgeable and teaches you all the rules and things that are covered at the test and is very patient. I strongly recommend Vinni.
My driving instructor was Zak. After using a couple of different schools in London I have had 3 or 4 instructors. Zak was by far the best. He has a very good intuition of what to say and when. He understands his pupils needs, has a very calm manor and is exceedingly fair. He never tried to make me book in lessons I didn’t need and gave me the skills and confidence to pass first time. He has a very effective and easy to understand set of tools to execute manoeuvres. I strongly recommend him.
I passed my driving test on 7 May 2013 and I would like to shout a massive thank you to VINNI! He is a great instructor, very focused and will push you to your best driving abilities. My experience with him has been really great, on top of that he’s funny! Thanks again Vinni!

I have done my driving lessons with John. He was really patient and helpful. The kind of instructor you need, as he really knows how to guide you and get the best out of you. Having passed the test for the first time with Britannia, I just can’t wait to come here and send a big thank to Tim! His deep knowledge and excellent way of explanation have well prepared me for the practical test. Tim always managed to find the shortest way for me to interpret the road rules and satisfy my favorite question WHY 🙂 A good example of an in-depth knowledge combined with excellent teaching skills, not to mention he was really dedicated and patient with the learner. Highly recommended and thank you once again, Tim!
I would start by saying a big Thank you Tim and that Tim you are a brilliant driving instructor. Tim is extremely patient and very encouraging, helped me get over my nerves to pass my test. When I struggled with some moves, he would come up with an alternative way that works. He would maintain my full lesson history and would know the exact weaknesses. He would not let me escape unless he is sure that I can do it on my own. As he often says, he would make you a better driver, passing the test is not the only objective. He knows the routes very well and we had covered the routes several time before actually going for the test. The best thing I liked about Tim is that he extremely patient no matter how bad a learner you are. I don’t remember a single instance when he made me feel bad about myself and that’s one reason why I had to switch from my previous instructor. I am planning to go for my pass plus lessons with Tim soon. I would recommend him to anyone who needs more than just an ordinary instructor.
Just completed a 40 hour intensive course, and this morning passed my test first time!! John was a fantastic instructor, with endless patience and good humour through my time with him. Diligent and honest, he has taken me from complete beginner to full license holder in less than one week!! Cannot recommend John highly enough to anyone wanting to learn to drive! The office team were really helpful in sorting all my test dates and lesson times to suit me…fantastic service! Thank you!
I would just like to thank Neil (Northern bloke) for being a fantastic instructor. Started in January and passed on 1st May. Did the intensive 7 day course with Zac, what an instructor…so friendly and patient, taught me more then enough to pass which I did with only 7 minors and that was only because nerves got the better of me, but still a pass! As for the team they work tirelessly to find you a test date, mine was 3 days after course which is quick, a week and half it took to get my license! Lovely jubbly! Book with Britannia you can’t go wrong.

Last week I passed my driving test and I am really thankful to Tim my driving instructor who was extremely helpful, encouraging and experienced. I already had a few lessons with another instructor but lessons from Tim is quite different and easy to follow. Within 8 classes I managed to pass the exam. He is very friendly and has lots of patience. Now whenever I drive the car alone I will recollect Tim’s techniques 🙂 What a great satisfaction after passing the exam. Once again I would like to thank Tim and I would definitely recommend Britannia to anyone who wants to learn to drive and pass. Thanks again.
