I had been taking lessons with my instructor, Charlie, for the last six months and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My instructor was friendly, flexible, patient and really built my confidence up when driving. I started driving the car on my very first lesson and learnt so much, so quickly. Due to my instructor’s mentoring and advice, I passed my practical driving test the first time I took it. I have loved learning to drive and would highly recommend my driving instructor (Charlie) to anyone! Charlie provided me with excellent support in praising my development but also helping me identify my areas to focus on. Thank you so much, I am extremely grateful for all of your help and guidance.

Elliot is a genius, I mean best ever instructor in this world. He didn’t only show me how to drive, but he showed me how to keep everyone safe on the road and go home safely.
His teaching is different and his NLP technique helped in in my driving and my office life.

I have passed my Driving test first time! My instructor was Jane. She is an excellent instructor, very friendly and extremely encouraging and helped me a lot to build my confidence. I also took lesson from Andrew and he was also very patient and calm, with lots of experience. I have benefited from both and I highly recommend both Jane and Andrew anyone who wants to take lessons from Britannia.
My daughter had failed test previously and not driven much for the intervening 5 months. Booked 3 2hr lessons with Charlie, and she was well prepared. Passed 🙂
Darren is an amazing instructor, he made sure I passed first time but made the lessons fun so I actually was more determined to learn and become a better driver! He’ always relilable, patient and has a very positive attitude.

Attribute this success completely to my Driving Instructor, Graham, who was so calm and patient with me during the lessons. My husband, Ajith, also took his lessons with Graham and passed the first time with 0 errors at Chertsey. (unbelievable but true)
Graham’s advantage is that he analyses each pupil as a separate individual and instead of delivering a standard package to everyone, he customises his teaching style to produce the best results from that individual. For instance I want an instructor to explain the logic behind why some rules have to be followed. He understood this and did exactly that, even without me asking. He gave me a lot of space and freedom and allowed me to adopt my own natural style, ensuring that I am safe and observant. He is full of positive energy and is a great motivation on the day of the test. I really appreciate his uniqueness of not being even slightly ‘money-minded’ unlike a lot of others in this space. Driving and cars are his passion and that’s what drives him.
I would confidently recommend him to anyone taking a test.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say how delighted I am with the driving standard that my fiancĂ© received whilst learning. I booked an intense driving course for my fiancĂ© for Christmas at your Wimbledon school. The customer service I received was outstanding as I was struggling with the dates and had to change them due to my fiancĂ©’s work commitments and the fact it was a surprise. However, Katie Clarke was excellent and made sure this was rectified and sorted to accommodate our needs. Her efficient service and ability to keep me notified was faultless.
The driving experience
My fiancĂ© started his course on 27th December and was driving for three hours over the course of 6 days ending with his test on the 7th day. John (my fiancĂ©’s instructor) made the whole experience comfortable and this made my fiancĂ© relaxed at all times. John, quickly made an assessment on my fiancĂ©’s driving and then taught him to an extremely high standard. I am pleased to say that my fiancĂ© passed his test today (first time). I can say that this is down to John’s patience, teaching standards and ability to make people feel comfortable.

I had Mary for couple of days and lets just say I wasnt looking very good at the wheel.Having not driven for over three months, after only 4 hours of driving with her I was able to create a routine which I did not possess before, ultimatly allowing me to pass the test first time. I think even she was surprised, and rightly so, but she didnt give herself enough credit. Her teaching allowed me correct myself and adjust myself whilst driving.
Would like to thank John on my pass, superb driving instructor. From the first lesson to the last he mad sure I knew what I needed to do to pass thanks again.
Nick has helped me pass my test and I’m delighted. His guidance has been perfectly pitched and made something that didn’t come naturally easy to me, feel easy.
Nick made me feel relaxed, pointed out clearly what I needed to do and ensured I was prepared for my test.

All the Britannia staff were lovely and my instructor George is a fantastic teacher and person. I passed First time with only 1 minor fault.
I had several driving instructors before Lily.
And when I had the 1st lesson with her, I know straight away she is the instructor I was looking for. My driving skill improved after the 1st lesson with her, and I was feeling optimistic that I can get a driving licence soon.
Not like my other previous instructors. Lily was really just focus on teaching you drive, how to drive, lesson after lesson was planned logically, systematically and personally for you, what is right to do what is not right to do, she know my weaknesses straight y, she stop the car to tell me what I do wrong and how I should correct the mistakes, she reminded me every time so make my driving skill become a natural skill that I do whenever I drive. she encouraged me all the time, make me feel confident.
To me, i can see She planned every lesson perfectly, Every lesson with her was so worth the money and time. She work hard to make me a better driver.
Having lesson with Lily was really help me feel confident driving on my own. She guided me to have my own judgments of road meeting traffic.
I had never had any instructor like her before,she is the real teacher, she is definitely the best Instructor I ever had, I would recommend her to anyone I know.
I had the test at Morden test centre 12th December2016 and I have passed.

Kevin is a very good instructor. I passed from the first time. He really cares about his students and not just correct mistakes but also explains them, and this helped me a lot to learn faster.
