I have been having lessons with John O and I have passed first time! I had left my previous driving instructor as I felt I was not progressing as I should. My partner had passed with John and recommended I learn with him. I Would highly recommend John who put my nerves at ease as I was nervous to get back in the driving seat and he helped me pass first with only 4 faults. Thank you very much John. Highly recommend.

So happy! I had a lovely lady called Lilli and she helped me pass my driving test on the first go. I’m already an experienced driver but she helped me prepare for the exam and showed me what to look out for. She has a lot of patience and is a very kind person. The one thing I was horrible at, parallel parking, she helped me achieve. I can now do it with ease. She has such a positive spirit and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Lilli!
I first started learning to drive in a manual 5 years ago. After many lessons, I felt demotivated by my confidence levels still being low despite having learnt so much. This led to me giving up due to nerves. After a second try at manual 2 years later, I knew it wasn’t right for me. This Summer, however, I made the decision to try learning in an automatic car via an intensive course and it was the best decision I made. The staff at Britannia supported me through every process necessary and were on hand to answer any questions – I can’t fault their service. My instructor, Kevin, was fantastic at gauging what I needed to do to improve in every lesson and his conscientious teaching led to me passing first time. I am very proud of this achievement and hugely grateful to the team at Britannia for all of their support.
I had previously failed my practical test 2 years ago with another instructor and had been put off trying again as it knocked my confidence. I left it late until this year and I decided to give it another shot as my theory was running out. My instructor Robert has been incredibly patient over the past few months. He was very kind and always calm even when I would make great mistakes. He would always let me figure out things for my self and stepped in to guide when he needed to. I felt comfortable with his calm and friendly attitude. He always gave good constructive feedback and he has restored back my confidence that I had lost two years before. I will continue to remember his methods and techniques that he taught me during our lessons. Very polite, very positive and a genuine pleasure to be around. I passed my practical today with Robert!! My instructor Elliot was great! He was always very professional and his NLP technique worked marvells on my driving. Also, he has a new car, which made it so much easier to pass my test!
I did a 21 hour intensive course with Matthew and passed my test at the end of the 6 days! I had taken lessons (and a test) before, but was rusty, and lacking in confidence. Matthew was brilliant, really calm and nice, and my experience of Britania on the phone and booking my test was a really positive one. Highly recommended!
My instructor was really good and friendly. He gently encouraged me when i went wrong and gave me good directions on how to drive safely. I passed my test first time and took the intensive driving course over a week, and i highly recomend it
Having just passed my driving exam with only 3 minors, I would like to take this opportunity to thank and praise my fantastic driving instructor. I have had the fortune to be trained by John O. who I can confidently say made the whole process an overall success. I have enjoyed every lesson, particularly as I never felt an urge or a rush to complete things within a certain time period; the whole experience went at a pace which was comfortable and I really appreciate the preparation which John gave me. John made sure that all the serious content of the lessons was balanced with enough enjoyment making not a single lesson boring or uninteresting. For these reasons and many more, I would highly recommend John for all those who begin from scratch or are simply in need of a little more support on the road.
I would highly recommend Darren as a driving instructor. He is very good at what he does, the way he explains how to do things is easy to understand and his knowledge of driving is exceptional. Helped me pass first time! Thanks Darren!
My driving instructor was Jane , who from the get go made believe i had a good chance of passing.she,s a good laugh and put me at ease from day one.I enjoyed every lesson and will miss her.I highly recommended. .she’s pretty good..don’t tell her that,she’ll love it.☺x
