Just passed my driving test and it was my first time as well. I was soooo nervous but my amazing driving instructor John had all the confidence in me. I only got 4 minors and 2 of them were due to nerves. I really recommend Britannia Driving School and especially someone like John who made my lessons enjoyable and gave me the confidence and support that I needed. I’m definitely going to be doing my pass plus with John. Thank you for everything!

Words can’t really convey my enormous gratitude to John, arguably the best driving instructor, who can truly perform miracles! I passed my test yesterday (my 1st attempt) – and this is entirely John’s credit. I started taking driving classes with a different driving school and having made minimum progress in months, I switched to Britannia and was lucky enough to get John as my instructor. I gave him a ‘mission impossible’ deadline before my pre-booked exam (just a couple of weeks) and he didn’t let me down: his tendency to precision, perfectionism, discipline and strict but very friendly style of teaching improved my driving level immensely. I also wanted to thank John for his wonderful charisma, great sense of humor and lovely personality – a rare combination of an excellent teacher and a friend. I will definitely recommend John to all of my friends who are looking to become drivers. A flawless instructor and a great guy! THANK YOU, John – I hope we stay in touch…!

“Passing or failing practical test only depends on the driving instructor”. I must say that this statement is true, I had a very bad experience with my previous instructor who was impatient and always making me take more and more classes. Fail… Fail…Fail… is what I was experiencing before seeing the wonderful driving instructor (Karen) from Britannia Driving School. Just 3 days before my exam I approached Karen and she managed to squeeze me in. She analysed faults from my previous test results and she looked at my routine and concentrated on core areas. I have learnt so many things in 2 hours that my previous instructor failed to teach in 35+ hours. She’s very focused, organised and an exceptionally experienced instructor. I can’t stop appreciating her attention to detail and tremendous patience while training me. Finally I PASSED…Thank you very much Karen, I would NOT have passed without your help and support. I highly recommend Karen from Britannia Driving School to my friends and family.

I would like to say a huge thank to Richard who has made me to become a confident driver. He is a talented, experienced professional instructor. Not only that, he is very pleasant, patient, honest and friendly. I had an excellent experience with him. He has done a really great job. I’m very grateful to him. My big thanks to Britannia Driving School as well. I would recommend Britannia Driving School and Richard to anyone who would like to learn to drive.

Passed my test today with only 2 minors!! This could not have been done without the help of my driving instructor (Graham) and the service Britannia Driving School gave me. If I had to do it all over again, I won’t be looking at any place else!

Just passed my driving test with the help of Tim at Britannia with only 2 minors, first time! He has been very helpful, patient and supportive. The way Tim teaches provides candidates the belief and confidence which they require for not only on the test day but for driving safe in future as well. I would like to say that I had an excellent experience with my driving instructor, his name is Brian. He gave me confidence on a road, how to deal with different situations, like roundabouts. I really enjoy my driving and I am happy as I PASSED!!!

I had a great time learning with Alex. He taught me thoroughly so I passed with only 2 minors. Highly grateful for the experience, over the moon that I chose Britannia!

Richard is a great instructor. I previously had a bad experience with an instructor and consequently was slightly nervous about things. I needn’t have been. Richard always remained very calm and gave clear concise instructions enabling me to pass 1st time.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jon, after passing my test today. I had never been in the driving seat before I met Jon and I had no idea how difficult I would find it. I was absolutely petrified and thought I would never pass. Jon was brilliant at identifying my areas of weakness – I could hardly steer the car at all, so we practiced steering until I was ready to progress. If we hadn’t worked on that at the very beginning, I’d still be veering left and almost hitting cars! Jon never gave up on me, and made me feel so calm and reassured, which really helped my nerves. I really felt valued, and that Jon cared about me and wanted me to do well. As well as that, I’ve learned so much about local history and I’ve loved every minute of my lessons. I would highly recommend having Jon as an instructor, especially if you’re a bit nervous. Can’t wait for Pass Plus now!

I would very much recommend Mary as an instructor. She is very calm, patient and explains everything clearly and in detail. I actually enjoyed my lessons with her and she helped me gain confidence and skills to pass my test! Thank you Mary!

I passed my test today, all thanks to Denis! He has been the best driving instructor – keeping me calm and building up my confidence. Learning to drive has been something I have put off for nearly 20 years. With his guidance and support I have finally done it! And we had a whole load of fun whilst doing it. I would recommend him for anyone wanting to learn to drive, especially nervous drivers. I’m actually going to miss my driving lessons.

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Mary for believing in me and always encouraging me to be a better driver. I passed second time around with help from the best teacher I have ever had. If you are looking for a fun, helpful and encouraging teacher…Mary is the one to call. I really am going to miss our lessons and our little chit chats 😀

Just to let you know how pleased I was with Britannia Driving School..my driving instructor called Jack was amazing…such a calm person, full of knowledge, just incredible. He helped me so much to go through the hardest thing for me, which was driving…thank you Jack for being so nice and patient with me. Thank you Britannia.

Many thanks to Richard at Britannia for his patience and good company and who has helped me no end over the months to get to test standard and then pushed me to maintain that level until I passed my test. His teaching style was brilliant and always managed to get the best out of me. I would highly recommend Richard and Britannia to anyone.

Having developed a phobia of driving, I knew it was not going to be easy. But I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Graham is patient, fun and resourceful. I really enjoy my lessons, have just passed the Theory Test and for the first time ever I can see myself driving. I know I will get there, step by step. Thanks Graham and Britannia!
