I had a great experience with my instructor Nick, got me passed in no time. He identified my weaknesses and taught me how to turn them into my strengths. As well as being a excellent teacher he likes a laugh which makes you feel more relaxed and comfortable when driving. I would recommended Nick at Britannia to any student looking to pass their test!!!
From not being able to drive, to passing my test the 1st time after only 6 months of lessons was just amazing and I owe all my thanks to my instructor Vinnie. A very patient and professional man, who knows he’s stuff. He found out my faults and helped me fix them, so all in all, I don’t think I could of asked for a better instructor. I passed 1st time with only 4 minors and now I’m going for my pass plus. My instructor Tim was extremely helpful in making me a safe and responsible driver. I had many other independent instructors before him, none of which were as patient, calm and respectable as him. Britannia as a driving school is very professional in its approach. I am an Indian and did not know about the process but they guided me through it and even helped to book the practical test. My tutor was Sylvie who was excellent. She allowed me to drive in a variety of situations and prepared me well for the test. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone interested in an instructor.

I had a best Christmas present ever. I passed my practical test on 22nd of Dec and I can’t thank my instructor John enough. I’ve passed with only one fault. I have to say my instructor was very patient with me and guided me step by step to pass the test. I strongly recommend if someone is looking for an instructor who can teach you step by step and encourage you to learn the way that you are confident enough to pass the test to choose Britannia. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the service I received from Britannia Driving School, from the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about an intensive driving course to the fantastic feeling of passing my test. My instructor, Vinni was a star and a very patient man! After a 12 year gap of taking my last driving lessons and unsuccessful tests I was beginning to wonder if I would ever get my license. Plans to emigrate abroad proved the impetus I needed to get behind the wheel again but also gave me a very tight deadline in which to try and get my license. Hollie in the Britannia Office was great at talking me through how the course would work, incredibly efficient at booking my tests within such a short timescale (especially when she managed to rebook my theory again within a week because I forgot to bring my counterpart license to the first scheduled test!) and always on hand to help with any queries I had. My instructor, Vinni, was incredibly patience, always thorough and positively challenging with a calm and relaxed manner. His method of teaching was fantastic, always clear and responsive to my driving even after a 4 hours lesson. He instantly put me at ease and built up my confidence behind the wheel. He was also able to spot the key areas I was struggling with and we were able to focus on these in more detail. Before I took my lessons with him I would have never thought I could pass my test let alone pass with only 1 minor fault. I happily recommend Britannia to anyone thinking of taking lessons and especially Vinni as an instructor. I wish I had gone through them 12 years ago but very happy I have gone through them second time round! Thanks Vinni and Hollie!
I passed my driving test at the first attempt which is in no small part thanks to my driving instructor Tim. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He gives handy tips that are invaluable when tackling tricky maneuvers. I can’t speak highly enough of Tim and he was extremely friendly and put me at ease throughout my learning process. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of learning to drive.
I had a variety of instructors from other schools but passed yesterday with only 3 minors thanks mainly to Vinni at Britannia. He’s a great instructor who is very thorough and helps you to iron out any small errors you may have picked up. He’s also great at boosting your confidence and picking up on the areas where you need most work. I really feel he was a big part of my passing yesterday, so thanks Vinni!
I passed my practical first time on the 7th of December! I’d like to thank my instructor Neil from Britannia for all his help and especially his patience with me and for making me laugh of course =) couldn’t of done it without you. My experience has been amazing and I’m going to miss it.
I just passed my driving test with my instructor Nick. Firstly I would like to say he has a fantastic car and teaching method. Because of him I passed 2nd time after being with another driving school. I passed with two minor errors which I am very pleased about and can not thank Nick enough it’s the best Christmas present ever. Thank you nick and Britannia.
Britannia Driving School is the one to learn from. I passed first time and am ecstatic. I had put off learning for so long, and wish to thank my instructor Charlie and Britannia. Charlie is a fabulous instructor who was always happy, full of encouragement, calm, patient, very knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to believe that I could drive. I have just passed my test today, Woo-hoo! and I want to say a big THANK YOU to John – my instructor. Thank you for being You (Professional, friendly, caring and an humorist). I am very grateful for your patience, encouragement (which were always accompanied by sweets, will miss them lol..), and boy!! for nagging at my mistakes – John pays special attention to detail and gave me advice and tips on how to improve every time. I wanted to say a massive thank you to Karen my instructor (well was) you have been fantastic!! You have helped me change my life!
