I have passed my test with Mary at Britannia third time round and only needed 6 lessons which is unbelievable. The professionalism and encouragement I received to pass my test was second to none…if you are reading this thinking that these comments are made up believe me they are not. I have failed 2 tests and passed third time, would have passed 1st time if I started with Britannia from the beginning.

I have just passed my driving test and would like to say a huge thank you to John. Throughout my time learning to drive, John was always extremely patient , encouraging and supportive. He is a first-class instructor and consistently provided me with clear, concise instructions, as well as pointing out common mistakes and a detailed explanation of what to expect on the test. He is also very knowledgeable and taught me in such a way as to not only just pass my test, but to make me a safer, more confident and all-round better driver. I would wholeheartedly recommend John to anyone, he is a truly outstanding driving instructor. Thank you!

Result I have just passed my driving test… 2nd attempt finally all thanks to Jon who I will say is a first class driving instructor. I would also like to thank the girls at the Britannia office who always have a friendly smile, are a pleasure to talk too and very helpful. If you are thinking about calling Britannia do it, I HIGHLY recommend them.

I passed my driving test on Tuesday thanks to Nick. Amazing instructor, nice Audi and I passed first time, so very happy. Thanks Britannia!

Tim is a truly outstanding instructor. From the very first time I sat in the car he made me feel confident and excited about learning to drive. His instruction is specific and “real world” and is delivered in a helpful, fun manner that made learning to drive an engaging and enjoyable experience. During the lessons Tim constantly looked to give “added value” and teach me as much as he could in the time that we had. At no point did I feel pressured to try things I was unsure about and when things did go wrong Tim was patient, understanding and encouraging. He was very flexible with the times and locations of the lessons and was always willing to do what was best for me in the circumstances. I would strongly recommend Tim to anyone wanting an outstanding, friendly and flexible driving instructor.

My driving instructor Max was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He understood at every stage what I needed to do next. He prepared me well for the test and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

Yesterday was one of the best days of my life. I passed my practical test with only 6 minors after just 12hrs intensive training. For this I have to thank Britannia and most of all my instructor Alex who was totally amazing and supportive. Alex gave me the confidence and skills required to achieve my dream. Once more a big THANK YOU Alex!

Thanks very much for all the assistance I was offered by Britannia which has led to me passing the driving test within 7 days of commencing the intensive course. I would also like to thank John for his excellent tuition, calming influence and considerable experience and knowledge all of which were significant factors in my passing the test and without which, I doubt I would have passed so quickly. I’d be happy to recommend both Britannia and John to anyone considering an intensive course.

I cannot recommend Lee highly enough! Having tried several different schools and instructors previously and having failed two tests, I can say with good authority that he’s a fantastic teacher. I instantly felt at ease with him and could honestly feel my driving improving throughout the week. The fact that I helped his 100% record for passes after intensive courses says it all, really!

I would like to thank Nick my driving instructor for getting me through my theory and driving test both first time passes. I passed my driving test with only 3 minor faults and its all thanks to the great training that was provided by Nick. I also can’t believe I got to do my driving lessons in an Audi, it’s so easy to drive and the car was always clean and immaculate. If you are wanting to get through the driving test and theory test I would recommend Nick as I have, as my girlfriend is also on her way to passing her test. His knowledge of the local area was great and the test route I was given was one that Nick had shown me so I was very well prepared for the test even though I was very nervous on the day. Thanks again Nick, couldn’t have done it without you, your great teaching skills and fantastic car!

I had Kevin as my instructor for a 27 hour intensive course…what can I say? Here’s me thinking that I’m THE worst driver in the world, nervous, and never going to possibly pass..that’s when I pass first time around with just 3 minors! Kevin is an amazing instructor that truly has a passion for teaching, and it shows. He immediately made me feel relaxed with his witty banter and easy going approach. An amazing instructor and a pleasure to be around….THE DON KEV…….Thanks again buddy, see you on the roads.

I had Alex as my driving instructor and felt very comfortable with him. He has an eye for detail and is encouraging at repeating steps if they don’t work out the first time. He was also always calm and patient. Whether we had two hours or six, I always felt he planned the lesson out well to work on the different aspects. He explained situations very well. I passed this morning and I’d recommend him further! Thank you, Jennifer.

I had a week’s intensive course with Chris, having failed my test previously. He was excellent and not only improved my driving but my confidence. His patient manner but helpful critique helped me pass and feel totally confident about driving post-test. I highly recommend him. I also commend Britannia in my dealings with them – they were very helpful and efficient and listened to my requirements carefully before recommending the right course. Thank you!

Britannia’s administration of my Intensive course was extremely efficient. My instructor James was very friendly and made the whole learning process very exciting. He was very punctual, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I cover all areas of my driving lessons. James is simply Brilliant and I wish him and Britannia all the best.

Absolutely estatic right now, just passed my driving test!! Go me! However it would not have been possible without my driving instructor, Mick. He was brilliant! i started learning with another instructor then changed to Britannia, where I got Mick as an instructor. I would recommend him to anyone he is brilliant, he not only tells you what you did wrong but he tells you what you’ve done right. And for me that is sooo reassuring. He taught me to believe in myself, and as I did my driving improved. It took me just a few hours to get to test standard, and I passed first time with him. Couldnt thank him enough. So again Thanks Mick!

Today, I passed my practical test first time around! A big thank you to my instructor Daniel who over my 21 hours of lessons taught me to drive-to-pass and successfully got rid of some bad driving habits I had picked up over the past years. A thank you also to Holly who reassured me after I failed the theory test the first time I took it! I would definitely recommend Britannia to anyone who is serious about getting their driving license. Thanks again!

Passed my test on the 9th of May with only 3 minors thanks to the fabulous NICK!! He made the lessons really fun and his teaching techniques are fantastic! When you do things wrong he directs you onto the right path without beating yourself up about it. He always had a clean car with mints at the front which I used to pinch :-). Seriously if anybody is looking to pass and also with safety in mind I would recommend him!

Would like to say a BIG thank you to Albert for giving me the confidence that I needed to pass my driving test! I would recommend you to everyone! I did an intensive course and it was worth every penny! Thank you Britannia!!

Don Kev! Or Kevin! When I started driving with Kevin, my standard of driving was dreadful and I’m sure any other driving instructor would have dismayed and postponed my test. However not for a second did Kevin doubt me and if ever I was struggling, we would pull over, he would buy me a coffee and explain the maneuver simplistically. Within 5 days Kevin raised the standard of my driving from my own error riddled boy racing style to his extremely perfectionist style and I cruised through my test and passed first time with only 5 minors. Would recommend Kev to anyone, he is the best driving instructor in the southwest!
