I would like to say a big thank you to Tim who really is a fantastic driving instructor. He deserves to be recognised amongst others. Lessons with him are just a pleasure, fun and hard work at the same time.

Having not had a lesson for 7 years, I was keen to get my manual driving licence before I was 30 but was daunted by the process of doing so. I chose Britannia over other more well known driving schools because it had good reviews and was a lot cheaper than than most. My instructor Paul made me feel immediately at ease and confident, and was calming and friendly throughout my lessons. He was also very intuitive and knew exactly what I was ready for in each lesson and when I was ready for my test. I was thrilled to pass first time on 5th Sept 2013, with just 4 minors. I feel a huge amount of gratitude for Paul, who was an excellent instructor – I’d recommend him and Britannia.

I just wanted to say big thank you to my driving instructor Tim. He was very helpful in making me pass my driving test first time. I was not expecting to pass first time but Tim helped me a lot and made me correct all my mistakes before my test day.. I would strongly recommend him. He also has a lot of tips which are actually very helpful in making you a more confident driver.. Thank you Tim ..

I have just passed my driving test and am extremely pleased with the way Robert has taught me. Not only does he ensure that driving lessons are fun and enjoyable, he also covers every aspect of driving. I recommend Robert to anyone who is thinking of learning how to drive.

My driving instructor was excellent, very thorough and helped me to not miss a trick. The time keeping was brilliant and my instructor also gave me extra time at the end when it was available and was an overall joy to learn off.

I finally passed! I’d like to thank Britannia for Neil. He is one great guy, always positive and with plenty of great stories to tell you. One thing you may be sure when you choose Neil, he won’t rip you off. If he thinks you are ready after 20 hours he will tell you so.No need to spend money endlessly. That’s probably why he is constantly busy 😉 Great instructor with amazing perosnality. Thank you Neil.

I had lessons with James, and I must say that I am very happy that he was my instructor, after I came from another school. He was professional right from the start. Since the first lesson, we focused on improving my weak points and every piece of advice he gave me was very good. He listens and puts so much effort in, its really obvious that he cares about his students. I just passed my test 2 hours ago, 1st time 🙂 I recommed James to anyone, as he’s clearly the best instructor I’ve had.

I can’t recommend my instructor James enough. Having come from another school, James was able to quickly access my strengths and weaknesses and focused on improving me on the areas that needed the most attention. His local knowledge is an asset and really helped when I did my test as I knew the roads very well and this gave me lots of confidence. He was also a really nice guy which made the drives enjoyable and less stressful! I passed first time and can’t thank James enough. Highly recommend!!!

Just wanted to say that my driving instructor, Charlie, really gave me the confidence needed for driving – very patient and always looks at the positives rather than dwelling too long on the negatives. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about learning to drive. Thank you for helping me pass! I will miss our weekly chats driving around. Harry

I have just passed my driving test first time, and I was not a natural driver at the start. My teacher was Jon. He was very professional right from the start. After the first lesson he had a plan on how best to teach me, considering my needs. Every piece of advice he taught me was good. He listens and puts so much effort in, its really obvious that he cares about his students. I would reccomend him to anyone.

With Nick as my instructor, I passed my test the first time. Nick is an excellent instructor: he makes you feel like you’re making progress from the very fist lesson. He is very good at adjusting the lesson to your strengths and weaknesses. His advice on all aspects of preparing for the test (including the theory test) was absolutely essential to me. His car is also an excellent car to be learning on (and to get examine in!), which was also very important to me. I should add that Britannia was very helpful in getting me a last minute test booked with only a few weeks notice, at precisely the time and the center I requested.

I have just passed my test all thanks to my instructor Charlie who helped me feel confident as well as calming my nerves on the day. Not only this but he made my lessons enjoyable. I passed my driving test years ago but hadn’t driven for a few years as I was very nervous. I booked 6 lessons with Tim and he was very patient without being patronizing and after my final lesson today I feel so much more confident! Thank you Tim!

I need some refresher lessons to help me gain confidence as I passed my test years ago in France and had never driven in the UK… Donna is doing a brilliant job at helping me improve my driving dramatically, by being very patient, targeting each bad behaviour one after the other and turning those lessons into a real pleasure. To top it all – her very positive mood and enthusiasm make me look forward to my lessons!

Had a great experience using Britannia. took me around 20 lessons and I passed my test with only 4 minors on my first try. A lot of it is to with the great job Elliot did as my instructor. He was very patient and encouraging. Would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone thinking of learning to drive.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Jon for being the best possible driving instructor. He instantly made me feel at ease and confident despite my initial lack of ability. His crystal clear description of basic driving techniques made it possible for me to start driving in a safe and efficient way. Jon was a pleasure to be around, and was always cheery, friendly and at times hilarious. He was never late, always generous with his time and i am very grateful for this. He insisted on waking up for a 7 am start on the day of my test to ensure that i had the final preparation required to pass. The best decision I made six weeks ago was to call Britannia driving school because today I am able to drive on my own, something which I would never have thought possible with the amount of fear and hesitation I had. But, thanks to Britannia to provide such driving instructor like Elliott. He’s the man! He is so patient and such a positive thinker. He’s so passionate at his work and knows how to deal with your specific situation. With him, it’s not only about the test (as you will definitely pass if you follow his principle), it’s about putting safe drivers on the road, removing those bad habits, inculcating good ones. My wife used Britannia and passed first time as well, like me. For me, Britannia is like the Barcelona in driving, “Controlling the game”…

Matt was my instructor and he is the best instructor I have had (I have gone through a few :-), having taken my test twice before). His instructions were simple and helped me immensely during my test. He was punctual, organised and gave me invaluable advice on how to calm my nerves. Thank you so much. My life is so much easier now with the kids!

I am deaf and 17 years old. I just have passed my practical driving test with three minors for first time and I am really happy! I just want to say to my instructor Tim a big THANK YOU for everything that he taught me about driving safely. He is an incredible, helpful instructor and explained instructions to me very well. Now I feel more confident and I have improved my driving skills. I thoroughly recommend Tim for excellent driving tuition to pass. Thank you Tim!!

Happy to say, I passed my test with Britannia! And would like to say a great big thank you to the whole Britannia team for all the help they have provided. I would also like to thank the girls in the office for being so wonderful to me when I came to visit and also for booking all my lessons and test date. Furthermore, I want to say thank you to Simon for taking me out on a lesson, where he told me what errors I was making and how I should correct them to ensure that I could perform to the best of my abilities. He has also extended my knowledge on driving. Last but not least, the biggest thank you will definitely have to go to my instructor, Jon, as he has helped me massively throughout the seven months of teaching me. Among the other things I need to know about driving, he has also educated me on how to be safe and more aware on the road. Throughout the months, he has taught me many skills and by using these skills he has taken me to many places such as; Central London, Muswell hill, Guildford, Windsor, Weybridge and many more. Weybridge was one of many of my surprises which Jon had planned for and had booked me a 4×4 driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World Brooklands. Other skills also include, changing a wheel. This was very good as it allowed me to know how to use the equipment as safely as possible, in addition, this will help me in the future. I consider myself very lucky to have Jon as my driving instructor and cannot thank him enough! Would definitely have to say he is the best instructor! Thanks again!! Best regards, Munchkin 🙂
