After one failed driving test and a long gap, I tried a few other driving schools who really knocked my confidence. I went with James with Britannia who in only 12 hours improved my driving standard so much and in just over a month helped me pass my driving test with only one minor. James really helped me see where I was making mistakes and also helped me to feel relaxed and enjoy driving lessons.

I had taken 3 refresher lessons on a manual car with my instructor, John O. He was very professional in his approach. Knew exactly what I needed to practice which gave me the confidence I needed. A perfect instructor. Whether you’re a learner or need refresher lessons, he is the instructor to have.

I would like to say a big thank you to my driving instructor Tim for helping me to pass my driving test first time round with only 4 minors!
I felt particularly nervous about the prospect of driving and especially around the busy roads of Greater London but Tim really helped me to build my confidence and taught me how to deal with different road situations in a calm and safe manner. His teaching really prepares you for driving safely on your own and not just simply to pass a test. I would highly recommend Tim for anyone wanting to learn to drive!!

Passed the driving test on my first attempt with only 4 minors. Many thanks to my driving instructor John O for his superb teaching and attention to detail. He was very rigorous with his methods and made sure I corrected all the bad habits I have accumulated from driving in another country.

Jon was comprehensive in his teaching methods certifying that everything I did was correct limiting the possibility of failure in my final test to a minimum. Many thanks to my driving instructor Elliot!! I just passed my driving test on the first attempt after 36 hours, thanks to the excellent teaching. I could hardly move the car when I started out and now I feel calm and safe when driving. Elliot is very professional, focused on road safety and constantly pushes you to improve, which definitely pays off! Thanks again!

Just want to give a huge thanks to my instructor George S, I’ve had a few instructors from other driving schools but never have I felt so confident and safe whilst driving as I did with George. Whenever I made a mistake he didn’t get angry at all, just calmly helped me know what to do and how to correct it for the future. His techniques are spot on and as long as you stick to what he says, you can’t go wrong. Absolutely lovely guy and always on time. Wish him the best in the future. Thanks George, you legend!

I would just like to leave a few words expressing my thanks to Neil my driving instructor. I had been briefly taught by two other instructors from other driving schools but did not feel very comfortable with them. Neil was relaxed, confident in my ability to learn and a great support in times of doubt. Having now passed my test with only 4 minors I would like to recommend Britannia and most of all Neil to others looking to start their lessons. 5 star Service all the way!!

Having driven overseas for 26 years, I needed help on learning the rules of the road here in Britain – and correcting my bad habits! Keith was a terrific instructor with a great sense of humor. He quickly identified the errors I was making and made time (early on a Sunday!) to practise intensely before my exam. I passed with only 4 errors, after just 2 lessons with Keith. I’m very pleased to recommend him and thank him very much for his spot-on guidance!

I have just passed my driving test with only 5 minors. I would like to thank Neil for being so calm and patient and inspiring me all the time that I am a good driver. It really helped me to build up more confidence in me and I was able to learn things quickly. Thank you Britannia and Neil.

I passed my test on Monday with only 2 minors! Despite only have a couple of lessons with Tim, he was fantastic helping me develop my driving skills. I was very nervous for my test but he calmed my nerves and made me feel confident that I could pass. Thank you Tim!

I would like to say a huge thank you to my instructor Darren for teaching me how to drive in just over 6 weeks. I was a complete beginner and I passed my test first time with only one minor! Darren is an excellent teacher – he is very patient, explains everything clearly and never loses his cool. When you make a mistake he will discuss with you what went wrong and how to improve your driving, so it is much easier to avoid similar mistakes in the future. I always enjoyed my lessons and knew that I was in safe hands. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone who is looking for driving lessons. Thanks also to Britannia for finding me a driving test slot with short notice and for being helpful with booking lessons etc. I could not have asked for a better driving learning experience – it has been completely positive and I am so grateful to Darren and Britannia for that. I passed today with only 3 minors. It was my 4th time and I’m over the moon! Mary was my instructor and she was amazing, kind and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to pass. I was so nervous and she taught me how to drive safely and with confidence. She is an excellent instructor!!!!

I had six tests before this test and I only took 3 hours lesson with Eliot and I passed, I’m so happy!!!!

I passed today with 5 minors at Mitcham Test centre. Thanks to John O. for everything. I had over a decade of driving experience before I started lessons six weeks ago, but I felt like an absolute beginner as per DVSA Standards. In this short time, John helped me learn driving from basics with a fresh/technical approach. It had been a great experience learning with you John O. I feel confident driving now and owe you for this. I would recommend John O. to anyone, his experience and approach is unmatchable.
