Jon my instructor gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test after a previous instructor with a different company made me feel as if I would never get there. The lessons were always focused on covering as much as possible in the time we had and I always came away thinking I had learnt something and that it was money well spent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to pass there test and learn to drive.

I had a great experience with Britannia. My instructor Max was fantastic, he was organised in the way he approached my learning and when things did not go the way i wanted in certain situations he was helpful / understanding which helped me pass !

Dear Britannia team, Im writing to you to give feedback re my refresher course with John O. I decided to take few driving lessons because of the recent trip abroad where I had to drive. Until that point I havent driven at all for 6 years. My first lesson was exhausting! I had to concentrate on so many things and wasnt aware of few rules that came in after I passed my test (e.g. I didnt know how to handle roundabouts and cyclists). After that lesson I decided that Ill do the trip but thats it, I wont be driving again. My 2nd lesson was much better, my body and mind remembered what to do and what to look out for. After that I kind of couldnt wait to get in the car and drive. ; ) John is an excellent teacher and a nice guy. I felt at ease to ask him any questions. But the most important thing is that he gave my confidence back to drive again. I am a driver! I just needed a bit of a push to get into it again. I can thoroughly recommend doing a refresher course. It doesnt matter if you havent driven in ages or are a nervous driver, this course WILL give you your confidence back. There is nothing to worry about on the road as John wont only teach you how to operate your car but also how to assess the situation in front of you and look ahead. This combination helped me during my recent trip. And John, youll be happy to hear that Im planning to sign up for zipcar so I can drive around London as well. ; ) Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

I had 2 hour lessons every week and by the time of my test I was prepared for what was ahead of me, my instructor was patient and explained things very clearly, lessons were fun and informative, he was always on time and never cut any lessons short by a few minutes.
I would highly recommend Britannia to anyone who wants to pass their driving test.

Couldn’t recommend Britannia Driving School more!! My instructor Darren made sure that I understood exactly not only how to pass the test but to be an overall good and safe driver. After some bad experiences with other instructors Darren made sure I was engaged, observant & understood the reasoning of his instructions. Incredibly happy with my pass and would definitely recommend Darren to everyone! Thank you!!! 🙂

John was an amazing instructor and extremely patient with me (2 years!). I’m so thankful that he taught me and would definitely recommend him to anyone else – as long as you support Chelsea though! Cheers John. Luke

My driving instructor Darren, was very good. He kept me on my toes and made sure I understood exactly what I was doing. Would 100% recommend him to anyone. Always on time and was there from the beginning to the end of the practical test. What a man!

After starting and stopping driving lessons with other instructors several times over the years, I was very lucky to get John as my driving instructor at Britannia. He made sure I understood absolutely everything, was patient and easy to talk to and made sure I was completely ready for the practical test. I look forward to seeing him again for the pass plus!

Steve has been great preparing me for the practical test which I passed first time. He was very patient thorough the lessons and encouraging me throughout the way and providing me important tip and advice for the big day. I would recommend Steve to any of my friends.

Elliot did an excellent job teaching me the fundamentals of driving, as well as preparing me for my practical test. He was professional, patient, thorough, and always pushed me in a positive way. Regardless of your ability or level Elliot is the ideal driving instructor.

I had a good experience with Britannia, my driving instructor Matthew was very nice and encouraging and I managed to pass my first attempt at the practical driving test. I couldn’t believe it! I’m now looking at taking some more lessons to deepen my knowledge and experience. Thanks 🙂

I passed my test first time on Tuesday at Tolworth test centre, but could not have done it without Robert my instructor. I have been out by myself a few times now and I can say that i honestly couldn’t have been more prepared for that experience without the help of Robert. He is patient, encouraging and very entertaining during lessons. I would definitely recommend him!

John is a brilliant instructor who is very friendly but strict when need be.

I’ve never started a car prior to my course and I didn’t think it will go this smooth. Less than 4 months of weekend driving and I passed my test at the first attempt. I found this school to be very reliable and my instructor was truly great. Passing on his practical knowledge with patience but expecting improvements all the time. I don’t consider myself a driver, but I learned just enough to pass with much less hassle than I expected. All I can say is Thank you, I will keep on learning.

If it wasn’t for Elliot I’m sure I wouldn’t have my licence yet. He definitely knows how to get you ready for your test, how to help you learn efficiently. He embodies qualities of a real teacher, determined to get you on the road. I felt pressured not to repeat my mistakes and to make progress, and I knew I will thank him later. I think he reads people well, how they respond, what they need. And a true gentleman too. It’s important to start learning with/from the right person; I got lucky.

My driving instructor was George. I did not think for a second for changing driving school once I had my first lesson. He made learning how to drive fun and comfortable and therefore I am a confident driver now.

I passed my test the first time! Amazing. This is all due to my instructor Darren. He helped me see that yes, I can do this, I am not a fraud on the road.
Darren gave me the confidence to keep going and it payed off. Thank you Darren!

I passed my test second time with no faults! I have to thank James for believing in me when I did not. James was encouraging throughout, very patient, reliable and always on time. I found learning to drive very daunting but a good instructor makes all the difference. I would not hesitate in recommending Britannia and in particular James to anyone.
