Couldn’t recommend Britannnia or my instructor, Kevin, highly enough! He got me through what I thought was an impossible task in just 3 weeks! I did an intensive course for 6 days and then a few extra lessons that we fit in before my test! It was intense but Kevin is an amazing teacher that built my confidence and kept me relaxed all through my lessons! I started a trembling mess and ended passing first time with only 1 minor.

I started a two week intensive course with no experience whatsoever, It was my very first time driving a car and I didn’t have any confidence at all but within two weeks my instructor Neil made sure I passed with flying colours! I passed with only two minors for hesitation. I highly recommend the intensive course and my instructor Neil was a fantastic teacher (a friendly, funny and very chatty northern bloke) a pleasure to be around everyday. I couldn’t thank him enough.

I have recently passed my driving test at the first attempt. I booked for a one week intense course but unfortunately due to an emergency in family I was unable to have a lesson everyday within the time slots. My driving instructor, Phil was marvellous and did everything possible to ensure he could fit in around my availability. He was calm and I never felt like he was telling me what to do. This is something I struggle with. He made driving fun whilst getting me to the standard I needed to be for the test.
I would recommend Britannia driving school to anyone looking to learn and Phil is a credit to the school with his teaching ability.
Unbelievable my experience with Britannia driving school, from being a novice unconfident learner with a seventeen year gap, I came to Britannia to achieve my goal of gaining an automatic driving licence within one month. I had a brilliant driving instructor called Phil and from the start we hit the ground running, driving around South London confronting different road scenarios and learning manoeuvres. Within one week under Britannia’s intensive 39 hour course I passed first time under Phil’s tuition.
I’ve just passed my test 1st time in Morden with only 2 minors thanks to the expert tuition of Phil!
Being 40yrs old and having a severe lack of confidence on not passing my driving test earlier in my life, I was immediately put at ease by Phil’s calm and patient teachings. His pointers on executing manoeuvres really helped, made driving very easy, and his knowledge of the local area and road lay outs were second to none.
Phil was always punctual, his car was very comfortable to drive, and I will definitely recommend him and Britannia driving school to friends and colleagues in the very near future.

I had phil as an instructor and i couldnt fault him enough. I had a bad instructor previously and phil totally boosted my confidence and made me believe in myself. He gave me easy techniques in my manoevers. I passed with just 2 minors!!
I had Phil as an instructor. I passed first time due to him teaching me easy skills to perform manoeuvres. He was always on time and I got my full driving hours. He is a very nice guy and I recommend choosing him!
Having left it until my thirties to learn to drive, I was sceptical that I would be able to learn to drive in a week and pass my test, but I am happy that I managed both! My instructor, Phil, was encouraging throughout my week-long intensive course. He was very patient and adapted his teaching to my style of learning. I was a bit anxious on the first day but the pace of the course allowed me to gain confidence and enjoy driving. Thanks Phil!

I did a 15 hour course. I started on a Monday with a two hour lesson a day and passed the following Monday. Thanks to my Lovely easy going driving instructor Jane.

Great experience with the Britannia Driving School. Having decided to book the week long intensive driving course, I couldn’t have asked for a better guy than Ian to spend 4 hours a day in the car with. Would recommend both the approach and instructor to anyone.

My instructor Jane was brilliant. Very patient and informative. I did an intensive course over 2 weeks and if it wasn’t for her motivation and positivity I would not have passed. She managed to fit all my lessons despite her busy schedule and made a great effort to reschedule lessons I was unable to attend. She continuously praised me which boosted my confidence when driving but at the same time ensured that errors were highlighted and addressed. She was very professional unlike other instructors I have been with from other driving schools. I felt she genuinely cared and was extremely patient which made my driving experience a more pleasant one. I cannot reccommend her enough to those wishing to join Britannia!!
