I want to tell an enormous THANK YOU to Lilly. She is such an amazing person and even more instructor. I did not feel like teacher and student, during the lessons she has been as a friend who wanted you to pass the exam.
As I had already driving experience in Non EU country, I had to take some driving lessons for the exam. From the first lesson Lilly has been giving me tips for it. Moreover, she helped to build up my confidence on the road.
Also I am thankful to her that she assisted on the exam and supported through it.

Having passed my driving test comfortably on the first time I felt it would be rude not to leave a review and give my driving instructor (Lilly Jaya) credit for this. She was always punctual and I couldn’t have been prepared any better for my test – she was a great instructor to say the least. She’s a great laugh and I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering taking driving lessons.

I did pass my driving test, thanks to Jane. She is a brilliant instructor where you feel you are challenged enough but also driving with your best mate at the same time. 🙂 She was always caring and supportive , but firm enough to get you into driving.

I booked a 21 Hour intensive Course and was pleased with instructor l had but she left suddenly. I called Britannia and was told a Lady by the name of Jane was available. I agreed and the first time l met Jane she made me feel comfortable and made me laugh and told it as it is. She also made me more a confident and competent driver. That is why my sister is being taught Jane. She is a good teacher for the short time time l had with her and l wished l knew about her earlier. Thank you so much Jane, you don’t know how much this means to me.

I started off learning to drive on an intensive manual course. I soon found that this was not for me and I just couldn’t get the hang of manual. I then tried automatic, I found this a lot easier but unfortunately just didn’t “click” with my instructor. I was about to gIve up when Britannia recommended Jane. An automatic instructor. From day 1 Jane made me feel so comfortable. She is friendly. Approachable. Professional and you can ask all the silly questions and she will always help you out. My confidence was awful when I started driving and if it wasn’t for Janes unconditional patience and kindness, then I wouldn’t have picked driving back up. I managed to pass my test 2nd time around with 3 minors and am so happy!
I am forever grateful to Jane for building up my confidence and for positivley getting me through this experience. Thank you Jane and Britannia!

I passed my driving test first time, mostly due to Phil my instructor, he was extremely encouraging and patient and had helpful tips regarding manoeuvres. His car was comfortable and easy to drive. I would definitely recommend Britannia and especially Phil.

I recently passed my driving test with 3 minors in Morden thanks to my driving instructor Abby. Her little tips and referencing points made the maneuvers easy to understand. Her critical feedback after every half an hour made me improve my skills. I loved how she calmed me down with her amazing sense of humor before test as I was really nervous. I will definitely recommend her.

My instructor Andrew was absolutely amazing guy. I was really nervous when I started and he put me so at ease. He helped me fully understand manoeuvres and he was so patient. I actually looked forward to my lessons. The day of the test Andrew was really unwell but he was still there, not letting me down. He’s a credit to his profession. Thank you Andrew and Britannia for getting me my licence.

I felt totally comfortable with my instructor Jane. She was very friendly and didn’t only teach me how to drive but gave the confidence to do so and some great tips too.

I passed my driving test first time on 8th of February at Morden test centre and I would like to say a huge thank you to my instructor Jane for your patience and your encouragement and would recommend her.

I passed first time! Britannia were great and very helpful. My instructor was Jane and would honestly recommend her. Always enjoyed our sessions, even at 8 am. Would highly recommend Britannia to anyone!

Ian is amazing as an instructor,he is very patient, calm, and positive.

After a few months of manual lessons, feeling like I hadn’t made any progress, I called Britannia and was set up with my automatic instructor, Ian. He was very patient, calm and encouraging and I soon became a confident driver. Our lessons were always so much fun and I will miss them hugely!

A big thank you to Andrew ! I passed my test on the 4/12/15 , I tried to pass the practical test many times but always failed which put me in a very stressful position and felt like I can never do it ! when I met Andrew I realized my past instructors were not good enough .Andrew was professional , he gave me clear and easy instructions in the manoeuvres techniques .I gain some confident back and passed my challenge .Now with my driving licence I can depend on myself without asking help from others 🙂

I was taught by Andrew all the way from total beginner to passing, was very nervous at the beginning but he was so relaxed and put me at my ease but also a very good teacher and didn’t overwhelm me with information, just let me go at my own pace. Incredibly friendly, had some good conversation during the lessons! Would recommend him to anyone at any level as an instructor.
