Driving When Stressed

There a lot of things that can go wrong when driving – From poor weather conditions, rendering the roads dangerous to be driving on, to bad drivers putting yourself and others in danger with erratic behaviour – You do need to be on your guard when behind the wheel.

This is why it is always best not to drive when stressed, or under any unusual emotional stress such as being angry or upset. Whether it’s a bad day at the office, family problems or just having things on your mind in general, always make sure not to let this affect your driving, as stress can reduce concentration significantly, putting you at risk if you are driving a car.

Safe driving from Britannia!
