Susan Boath – Mitcham, Surrey (26th January 2010)

Both instructors’ I had (Natasha for 6 months and David for 1 week) were absolutely brilliant. They both have the patience of a Saint. They were calm, collective, considerate and polite at all times. I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to teach me to drive, and get me through my test. The reason I had two instructors is a week before my test I decided to change from a manual to an automatic, as my coordination between the clutch and gas was a bit hit and miss. Britannia were so accommodating and all their staff are fantastic.
