Sophie Impey – Twickenham, Surrey (29th March 2010)

was very happy with the driving instructor I was assigned – Robert S, he was very patient and calm which were good traits to have in a learning environment. The only criticism I have is in reference to the test centre @ Isleworth. The centre was very grubby and there were no toilet facilities which I felt was very unsatisfactory. However, I still passed and this is all thanks to Robert and Britannia. Thanks Sophie.
