I had a brilliant experience with Jane as my instructor. She is clearly a seasoned pro, knows literally everyone at these test centers, was always very calm and friendly and made sure I was well prepared while keeping the lessons feeling laid back.

I booked a number of back to back lessons for just a few weeks before my test, and I passed my first time with only a couple of minors at the Morden Test Centre. I would highly recommend her and Britannia as a whole.

Side note–Right before finding Britannia (who connected me with Jane), I tried a different local driving school, and the difference was HUGE. This other instructor seemed ONLY interested in getting ALL the money up front immediately before he would even confirm his schedule or set up the driving lessons with me (to the point I was hassled nonstop via text during a work meeting!) Furthermore, the single lesson I did take from him made me understand how different these companies & instructors can be. Finding Jane after that experience probably made the difference between my passing or failing my driving test on my first go.

I would absolutely recommend her.
