Lawrence Bentley – Wimbledon, London (14th August 2018)

I’ve just finished the 27hr intensive course with Mary H, and will be taking my test within the next few weeks.

Mary is a lovely instructor and lady in general. She’s very patient, calm, and understanding, and instantly you can tell she really knows her stuff. She teaches in a practical fashion, and really tailored her approach to my needs. She was sensitive to my anxiety, and really made me feel at ease throughout the course. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and hope that I can pass first time round to do her proud. Thank you Mary, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

The intensive course in general was good, though I would perhaps recommend doing 3hrs a day instead of 4, and perhaps scheduling “2 days on, 1 day off” only as there’s a lot of information to take in, and it can feel quite overwhelming. Then again, it is an intensive course, and it has definitely worked.
