Holly Oshea – Sutton, Surrey (21st May 2016)

I started off learning to drive on an intensive manual course. I soon found that this was not for me and I just couldn’t get the hang of manual. I then tried automatic, I found this a lot easier but unfortunately just didn’t “click” with my instructor. I was about to gIve up when Britannia recommended Jane. An automatic instructor. From day 1 Jane made me feel so comfortable. She is friendly. Approachable. Professional and you can ask all the silly questions and she will always help you out. My confidence was awful when I started driving and if it wasn’t for Janes unconditional patience and kindness, then I wouldn’t have picked driving back up. I managed to pass my test 2nd time around with 3 minors and am so happy!
I am forever grateful to Jane for building up my confidence and for positivley getting me through this experience. Thank you Jane and Britannia!
