Improving After Passing

How does the old adage go? “You don’t learn to drive until you have passed your test.” – You have probably heard this figure of speech, or some variation of it, at some point over your experience of learning to drive, but exactly how much truth lies behind the saying?

A lot, as it turns out. A vast proportion of experienced drivers would agree that the most important part of their learning curve of driving took place after passing their test and long since, as the more miles they clocked up behind the wheel led to greater experience on the roads and to gradually becoming a better driver.
