Alex McGuigan – Carshalton, Surrey (28th July 2013)

My instructor, James Ryan, took me on the 21 hour intensive driving course. In that time his friendly competence and excellent personal skills allowed me to swiftly build up a solid level of confidence in my own driving. By the end of the course I passed my driving test, I believe James was a huge part in that. I cannot recommend him and Britannia highly enough and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. My only disappointment is that I will not have the pleasure of having his humorous and knowledgeable accompaniment in my car in the future, truly an ambassador to the Britannia brand.
