From the very first assessment booked through Britannia, he knew just what I needed to work on, and the best way to teach it to me. I was a bundle of nerves and he not only gave me confidence through knowledge, but by going above and beyond to show his support. I’ve passed my test with only 3 minors. Thank you SO MUCH, Neil!
