Richard Grennan – Morden, Surrey (13th May 2018)

So pleased I went with Britannia. Now in my fifties, I hadn’t really wanted to drive before but changed circumstances at home meant I needed to learn quickly. From the start, the office staff were unfailingly helpful in sorting me out with an intensive course for an automatic that fitted in with other commitments.
My instructor, Mary, was brilliant – took me through the course over six days, giving great constructive feedback and making sure that any emerging faults were corrected. She’s also a really nice person, which helps a lot if you’re in a car for six hours a day!
Have to admit that doing so many hours each day was really tiring, so it may not be for everyone. But it certainly paid off for me. Started driving from scratch less than two weeks ago, and here I am with a full automatic licence – still can’t quite believe it! Thanks a million, Mary!
