Very happy with the service from Richard

I had failed my practical driving test the first time in early April after taking lessons with another provider. Luckily, I was able to re-book the test for a second try 3 weeks later. Richard took me on as a pupil and accommodated my lesson time requests on this short notice.

From just 5 hours of lessons with Richard, and driving a new model of car, my driving improved tremendously. I was much more confident and in control inside the car. Richard taught me how to drive better and crucially also how to think better on the road. Within just 5 hours of lessons, I was much more confident in dealing with cyclists on the road and performing manoeuvres. The second practical test at the end of April went very well and I passed.

Thank you very much Britannia and Richard! I was very happy and impressed by the calibre of instruction and the service throughout.
